Position Description
Walla Walla County's Human Resources/Risk Management Office has a part time (20 hours per week) opening for a Safety Coordinator. Starting wage: $21.41 per hour. The Safety Coordinator will develop and administer programs to ensure employee safety and agency compliance with safety regulations in accordance with state and/or federal regulations. A Bachelor's degree with major course work in occupational health, safety, industrial hygiene and three (3) years experience in coordinating safety and loss prevention activities OR any combination of education and experience that would provide the required knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the job.
